Position Specifics: 
Nurse Practitioners are responsible for providing professional medical services to patients within the scope of his/her qualifications, consistent with the standards for medical practice. 
Training, coaching and mentoring will be the focus during the onboarding and credentialing period.  Training duration depends on individual needs and credentialing process. 
Primary work location includes Skilled Nursing Facilities or Long Term Acute Care Facilities as well as working within Suboxone treatment parameters.  With regard to working within the Long Term Care Facilities, the company will aim to assign work locations to accommodate proximity and need, to the extent possible. The company also has a small clinic in Auburn, WA in which this position will work frequently.
This position will also be required to provide on-call emergency coverage for approximately 1 night per week, and every 4th weekend.
Individual performance is evaluated based on quality of care.  This is measured through surveys to patients and the facilities receiving services from the employer.  Also measures such as the number of patient encounters (capped daily to a maximum of 15 patients per day), etc.
